I remember the first time I decided i wanted to eat healthy, it
was scary, I didn't know what to do, I didn't know what to eat, I didn't
understand what carbs where or why so many people were cutting them
out.
5 years later and now i could tell you some crazy tips that will help you shred every last ounce of fat off your body and let me just say none of these tips involve buying some pills that promise to give you a six pack.
But before we get crazy you need to learn the basics and ill give those to you in a simple 5 step plan.
So here we go!
Step 1 - this step requires that you start drinking a minimum 8 glasses of water a day, water helps keep your body hydrated. The more water you drink the better you will look and feel.
Step 2 - Cut out all sodas, coffee, energy drinks, and whatever else people are drinking these days.
okay so maybe no all but try and limit yourself to 1 soda a week or cut it down from 2 coffees a day to just 1, baby steps
Step 3 - STOP EATING 3 meals a day!! And I don't mean eat less; you should try and eat between 6 and 8 small meals a day. Keyword being small, one of those meals might be a bowl of oatmeal and then a couple of hours later an apple and some almonds. Get the picture?
The reason this works is because your body will never feel hungry so it says, "hey we don't need all this extra fat"
Step 4 - Eat less carbs. Lots of people think that cutting carbs all together is good, but that's not all true, so what you should do instead is just cut your carbs in half, so if you are going to have a chicken sandwich, take off the top slice of bread maybe
Step 5 - This is the step that takes a little extra effort, stop eating crappy fast food, and eat out less often this takes extra effort because, well, you have to cook a little bit more
