Now I am not saying that you need to become a vegetarian, although that would be the ideal, but you will need to significantly reduce the animal products that you consume In order to allow your body to get the nutrition it wants.
Increasing the amount of fiber in the diet will have two important effect on your weight loss. One is the fact that you will have more fiber in your diet and reduce your hunger due to the fact that fiber is filling, but low in fat.
