Top Weight Loss Exercise #1:
Everyone wants a flatter tummy, and if it were easy you would already have a six pack. But, getting a flat stomach isn't all that tough. You do need to have a great diet to see those abs, but the best way to get a flat stomach is to have the perfect ab routine. Here is something you can do in your house!
Lay on the floor with your feet on a chair, or something elevated. Next put your arms straight out and crunch up until your wrists are on your knee's. Do 20 of those nice and slow! Next, lay on the floor and lift your legs 6 inches off the ground. Now, bring your knee's to your chest doing a "reverse crunch" This works the lower abs. Do 20, nice and slow! Finally, get into the plank position. This is where you get into a push up position, but you rest on your elbows, arms bent at a 90 degree angle. Hold this for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Now what I recommend is to do this 3 times with 2 minute rest intervals in between and 3 days a week!
You are now one step closer to that flat tummy you deserve!
Top Weight Loss Exercise #2:
Cardio! I really hate cardio, but if you seriously want to lose weight you have to do this, now the trick is how you do it. I won't go into the science of it, but this helped one of my clients lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks!
Get on a treadmill and set the level at 2.0 with an incline of 5. Walk for 2 minutes to get your blood flowing. Now, raise the incline to 10, and speed to 2.4 or 2.7 depending on what you can handle.
Now, DO NOT HOLD ONTO ANYTHING! Walk on this level for the next 25 to 30 minutes. This will help you literally burn fat off your body!
Top Weight Loss Exercise #3:
Circuit training is used by many athlete's, and you should really adopt this style into your workout plan. I did this while playing pro hockey and have even put new moms on this style of training! The goal of circuit training to to keep your heart rate going, build muscle to tone up, and lose fat all at once! If you start doing circuit training you will burn your fat in half the time!!
