Ultra Simple Diet - Fat Women's Revenge

Here's an ultra simple diet... a sort of fat women's REVENGE against their own body fat. You can give your stomach fat the middle finger once and for all... it's going BYE-BYE.

Ultra Simple Diet
1. Breakfast - eggs and black beans
This is a powerful combination of protein and fiber. This will keep you nice and full... and satisfied to start the day off good. When you start the day off with good, solid foods that fill you up, you don't play the CALORIE CATCH-UP game the rest of the day. Thus, you avoid snacking like a CRAZED MANIAC desperate for food... especially sugar for energy.

2. Lunch - a salad or soup with protein
A normal salad or a normal soup just isn't enough to be considered a meal. But when you add some high quality protein such as lean beef, tuna, tilapia, salmon, black beans, chicken breast, or turkey breast to it.... it becomes a meal.

So either make a vegetable salad (you choose what vegetables you want) or a soup from scratch (again you choose the ingredients) and then add in one of those proteins.

3. Again, the same as lunch... a soup or salad made from scratch.

Don't worry if you think this will take a long time. Just make a big batch and separate the stuff out into individual sized containers that you can quickly use or take somewhere.

4. Snacks - Apples, grapefruit, dill pickles, slice of cheese, black olives
These snacks are designed to give you different tastes... since most people on diets tend to crave a certain type of taste. Those foods pretty much cover the most basic of tastes... plus they're relatively healthy and fill you up with few calories.

5. Protein shakes
Since the above foods may not feel like enough for you, I want you to compensate by using protein shakes whenever needed. Just stick with a protein shake that has 20-25 grams of protein per serving and less than 5 grams of fat and carbs in it.

That's an ultra simple diet you can use to lose lots of weight relatively easily while getting "fat women's revenge" against your pounds of fat that are making you UNHAPPY.
