Demystify Weight Loss

"How much have I spent so far for my weight loss program?! Still, why is this not working out!" This is a typical question many people will have in mind, may be the smarter folks wont have! Of course, this question drives a huge industry of business minds, researchers, nutritionists, panelists and R&D cells. Thus, there are hundreds of 'Slim' foods, 'Slim' tablets and so on, readily available for someone to pick. Also, there are 101 websites to list what to eat & what not, what is the right combination, Weight loss Vs Calorie chart and so on. One need not invent a new method or food chart, as there are many minds who have already done that for us.

In spite of all these, why 'Weight Loss' is still a mystery?! Why there is no straight-forward, guaranteed-to-work formula available for someone. The whole problem is there are lots of workable techniques which are sure to succeed; but, the approach or method to implement or execute the technique isn't very effective. The end destination is really alluring, but the approach or path way is real hard. Let us demystify the hardships of the approach to demystify weight loss.

Refrain: One has the freedom to choose what he / she wants unless they are toddles. Ah, this free will, what is preached over 100 thousand times since birth - is that the culprit?! May be or may be not! What is simply said is - choose the right food. One is given with lot of options on one hand - good 'slim' foods, simple workouts, lot of veggies (Thanks to God!); and on the other hand, one has these fries, candies, fat-rich-milk foods, beefs and so on (Thanks to God for these, as well!). So, the ultimate choice is ones! Refrain strictly the foods that are not suggested in a weight loss program. Even if one is tempted to fail once, the effect is shown immediately in the weight loss chart.

Love & Admire: The habit of staying healthy and doing regular workouts is needed not just during pre-school or college days, but throughout ones life. This needs a dedication, and more than this, utmost love & admiration on ones self. Any practice will become a habit only when it is enjoyed by the individual. Love and admire the suggestions and practices in your diet for them to become a healthy habit. No one can love you better than yourself. This conscious of staying healthy fit itself will make the weight loss program to work out well.

Eventually, there is nothing to demystify but a simple change in attitude, which makes the weight loss program effective and successful. The world is open & happy to those who give themselves fully for what they believe in.
