Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breast with skin — 2
Cooking oil — 15 ml
Chopped spring onions — 40 gms
Crushed garlic cloves — 15 gms
Honey — 45 gms
Fresh Orange Juice 60 ml
Orange –1
Dark Soy sauce — 30 ml
Herbs, for garnishing
Method:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan, and saute the onion and garlic till soft.
2. Add Honey, Dark Soy sauce, orange segments and mix properly till the honey is dissolved.
3. In a baking tray, place the chicken breasts and pour the cooked mixture evenly on the chicken.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 deg c for 45 minutes.
5. Baste with the roast juices in between.
6. Garnish with herbs and serve hot.
